The program elf2msr is derived from elf2hex written by Bart Trojanowski. It takes care of little / big endian and generates S19, S28 or S37 according to the addresses used.
I renamed the executable file because HEX is generally used for Intel HEX and MSR is used for Motorola S-Record.
